Rudy Hassall

Rudy is Senior Manager of our Information Systems. He maintains daily operations, plans and implements future technologies that will benefit the functionalities of TMG. Before he started working at TMG, Rudy was part of the IT staff at a large bank. His hobbies are international travel, food, wine and hunting.

Cynthia Mensah

As Senior Administrative Assistant, Cynthia plays a key role in supporting her TMG colleagues, who are her "clients." A graduate of the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, she was a Human Resource Administrator with Woodward & Lothrop before joining TMG. In addition to being the face of the firm and greeting visitors and callers from her post at the front desk, Cynthia coordinates the intern program and her eye for detail is an asset in proofing and editing documents. When not reading, Cynthia enjoys watching Saturday morning cartoons with her 7-year-old son.

Linda Palmer

Linda is part of the Administrative Team, and as both the Human Resources and Office Manager, she keeps the TMG office humming. In her long career, she has worked as a computer programmer, manpower planner, management consultant, nursing home administrator, and a realtor. She earned her B.A. degree from Brooklyn College with a double major in Psychology and Sociology. She is on the board of her condo association and is active in her local civic association. In her spare time, Linda is learning to play the bass guitar.

Nancy Byrum

Nancy is the Executive Assistant to the CEO of TMG, coordinating his daily calendar and travel arrangements as well as providing a variety of administrative support to the office. Before starting at TMG, Nancy worked for The Boeing Company and for the Federal Government for several years. Nancy is a native of Washington, DC and in her spare time enjoys going to the movies and reading.

Yvette Johnson

Yvette Johnson is an Executive Assistant at TMG, supporting the CEO and members of the senior management team by arranging travel, handling correspondence and applying her superb attention to detail to many other duties as well. She earned a B.S. in Business Education from the University of Maryland and worked in the aerospace industry before coming to TMG. In her spare time, Yvette loves traveling—especially taking cruises—because she enjoys experiencing other cultures and meeting new people. Her favorite spot is Spain, home of the Lladró figurines she collects.

Joanna Z Johnson

Joanna is part of the Arlington Project where she provides a variety of administrative support to the AP Team. In her diverse career, Joanna has worked as a language teacher, translator, office manager and pastry chef. She studied English at Warsaw University in Warsaw, Poland, where she earned a degree in American Literature and Applied Linguistics. In her spare time, Joanna enjoys baking, reading and international travel. Her favorite destination is Paris and its many boulangeries and patisseries.
