Rebecca Fannin

Rebecca brings over a decade of communications and marketing experience to TMG. Her responsibilities include managing a strategic communications program for a major manufacturing client, including media relations, marketing efforts, and research and analysis. Rebecca has also managed projects for the firm's key clients, specifically those with environmental, pharmaceutical and healthcare issues. Prior to joining TMG, Rebecca helped colleges and universities communicate with various audiences by using opinion research tools to craft branding materials. She is known for being energetic, dedicated, and goal-oriented. Rebecca earned her B.A. from Randolph-Macon College. She joined TMG in 2001.

Ryan Baldwin

As an Account Associate and member of our Client Services and Cultural Analysis teams, Ryan responds daily to a diverse set of client needs, including issues tracking, media analysis, and risk research. Currently, Ryan's principal focus is studying the 5 Forces of Change in New Persuasion and sharing his insights on TMG’s Undercurrents blog. In addition, Ryan also supports the CEO with various research projects. Prior to joining TMG, he served as an intern at the National Desk of CNN's global headquarters in Atlanta, GA. Ryan earned his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University where he graduated magna cum laude in Philosophy and with high honors in English Literature. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys writing, traveling, and photography.

Michele Cimino

Michele is an Account Associate at TMG, supporting client needs through research, data collection and reporting, and media activities and outreach. With an emphasis on environmental and Gen Y/Youth issues, Michele brings creative and analytical thinking to projects. Michele earned a B.A. from American University with a dual degree in CLEG (communications, legal institutions, economics, and government) and Political Science. Besides an interest in American politics, Michele is a self-proclaimed film critic, an avid ice hockey player and a dedicated fan of her hometown hockey team-the Washington Capitals.

Mallory Clark

Mallory is an Account Associate, monitoring and analyzing media for pharmaceutical, biotech, non-profit, automotive, information security and environmental clients. She studied Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Business at George Mason University, and she has worked at an Internet start-up company and on Capitol Hill. Mallory specializes in media analysis, works on the Risk and Persuaders teams, and assists clients with media training. Outside of work, Mallory enjoys swimming and traveling.

Clarence Davis

Clarence is part of the technology team, where he works on automotive issues, such as hybrids, e-flex fuels, and in-car technology. Before working at TMG he worked at the Democratic National Committee (DNC) as a fundraiser and prior to that the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) in the same capacity. Clarence focuses on engaging audiences through print and online media. In his spare time, when he's not occupied with the WWE, Clarence is counting the days until the New York Knicks return to their glory days.

Melisa Diaz

As a Senior Account Director, Melisa provides TMG's clients with guidance on a range of diversity efforts and media relations as only a native speaker can provide. Throughout her 15-year communications career, she has served as the Spanish-language spokesperson for several organizations within the Democratic Party. Also, Melisa has been a reporter and writer for numerous Spanish-language publications. Internationally, Melisa has been a trainer and presenter on several subjects involving communications and politics across the U.S. and throughout Latin America. Melisa received her J.D. from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and her B.A. cum laude in Public Communications from the University of Puerto Rico. In her spare time, Melisa enjoys reading, traveling, photography, and foreign films.

Neal Hechtkopf

As an Account Associate, Neal tracks and analyzes media content on behalf of TMG's clients. He focuses on monitoring media content in major print outlets, as well as broadcast and online venues, and he is on the firm's Persuaders team. Before working at TMG, Neal studied communications at Penn State, graduating with a B.A. in Journalism and a B.A. in Political Science. In his spare time, Neal enjoys skiing, baseball and skydiving.

Amanda Landers

As a Senior Account Director, Amanda works with clients developing and implementing their communications strategies and media outreach. She has 13 years of public relations experience with Boeing and has worked in non-profit public relations. Her background includes corporate, legal, financial, public policy and employee communications. Amanda has an MBA from Seattle University and a journalism degree with a minor in Political Science from Temple University. She also has a teaching certificate from American University and enjoys teaching English as a second language.

Janice Morris

Janice is a Senior Account Director who provides strategic planning support for TMG clients, particularly in the fields of education and environment. In her previous career, she worked on Capitol Hill for 25 years as the Chief of Staff for various Members, on the House Banking Committee, and as an associate staffer to the Committee on Appropriations. Janice focuses on using a political campaign model as a basis for client communications planning and organization. She also works on risk analysis and identifying outside experts on various issues. Her degree is in American Government from the University of Virginia, and her greatest joy is her daughter Claire whom she adopted from China in the year 2000.

Christina Scripps

As a Senior Account Executive, Christina plays an integral role in the firm’s success by positioning global Fortune 100 companies, their people and their stories in the media. She is responsible for planning and generating media coverage for clients who seek to enhance their relationships among key reporters. In addition, she has a keen understanding of how to take company stories beyond traditional outlets by reaching out to lifestyle media and their diverse readership. Prior to this role, she was responsible for monitoring, reporting and analyzing client issues in the media. Christina earned her Bachelor’s degree in journalism and minor in business administration from West Virginia University.

Steve Skojec

Steve is an Account Executive and performs media research and analysis surrounding client issues. Before coming to TMG he worked in a variety of positions, including computers and technology, production art and relationship management. Steve earned his B.A. in Communication Arts and Theology at Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio in 2001. He tracks a broad range of media sources to understand the way clients are being portrayed to the public and how perceptions change in relation to media coverage. Additionally, he looks for trends that will impact clients and has worked with them to help implement new media strategy and content generation. In his spare time, Steve is a writer, amateur photographer, aspiring graphic artist, student of culture, and a husband and father of three.

Monica Trucco

Monica is a Senior Account Director, managing day-to-day client issues in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and environmental arenas. At TMG, Monica meets clients' needs on their complex media relations concerns, internal communications efforts, and overall public relation strategies. Prior to joining TMG, Monica served our country for over five years in the United States Navy as an attorney and officer in the Judge Advocate General's Corps, representing the interests of over sixty defendants in courts martial and adversarial administrative hearings. In her time outside the office, Monica enjoys advocating on behalf of child abuse and neglect victims, competing in triathlons and road races, traveling to exotic locales, and throwing the ball for her dog.
